Character

The soldier seems more loyal to Cersei Lannister than to her brother, Tyrion, as he shows joy in the chance to search his personal belongings. He can also be assumed to be rather violent, given his comments while putting out a fire.

"The Sword in the Darkness"

The soldier was guarding the royal wedding feast along with another man when they saw Mira Forrester running to the chambers of Tyrion Lannister, who had just been arrested for the suspected murder of King Joffrey Baratheon.

After his partner finds Mira outside of the locked chambers, they both return with the keys. This man suggests that after they search the room, they can look inside Tyrion's lockbox. However, before they can discover Mira, they hear someone screaming about a burning tapestry in the hallway. They run back out to put out the fire as Mira and Tom escape the chambers with Tyrion's royal decree. As the soldier and his partner put out the fire, he angrily threatens harm at whomever started it.
