Rhogar is first mentioned when the Lost Legion chase Asher Forrester, Beskha, and Malcolm Branfield into a cave. His name is only mentioned while one of the Lost Legion barks an order at one of their companions in Valyrian, but it is possible he is in control of the Legion following Tazal's injuries/death.

He is first seen attacking Malcolm Branfield and Beskha and orders his men to attack Drogon, but a couple of them run for their lives against orders. Deciding that the dragon is not worth it, he and another soldier decided to fight Malcolm.

Save Malcolm

If you choose to save Malcolm, Asher will attack him, attempting to choke him to death. If the player succeeds, then Rhogar will be strangled to death. If not, then Rhogar will head butt him and escape.

Save Beskha

If you choose to save Beskha, then while Asher is dealing with Drogon, Maloclm will kill the soldier. Rhogar throws a spear at Drogon only for the unharmed dragon to blow fire at him and Malcolm, burning Rhogar alive and severly injuring Malcolm as a result.
